Your puzzle progress stays with your game.

This policy explains how ENCODEWORK SYSTEMS LLP handles information in the current version of Physics Puzzle and on this website. The app works without an account and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not receive your gameplay progress from the app.

1. Information in the app

Physics Puzzle stores unlocked levels, earned stars and goal achievements, best completion times, tutorial completion, and whether a level hint has been shown in the app’s local storage. This information lets you continue playing and tracks your achievements.

Drawn shapes are processed on your device to run the puzzle simulation. The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. Its current Android manifest contains no internet permission, and the app does not transmit gameplay information to our servers.

The current app has no account registration, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or in-app purchase integration. We do not sell personal information.

2. Android backup and device transfers

Android backup is enabled for the app. Depending on your device, operating system, and settings, Android or your device manufacturer may back up app data, including saved progress, or transfer it to another device. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not operate or receive those backups.

You can manage backup options in your device settings. See Android’s explanation of app backup and Google’s privacy policy.

3. Website visits and support messages

This website does not set cookies, use analytics scripts, load third-party fonts, or provide an account or contact form. Its illustrative animation runs in your browser without sending your interactions to us.

The server hosting the website may process standard request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver the website and maintain its security. Any hosting logs depend on the hosting provider and its configuration.

If you email info@encodework.com, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate reported issues. Please avoid including sensitive information. Our email and hosting providers may process information on our behalf to provide those services; information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

4. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Saved game progress remains in the app’s storage until you clear its data or uninstall it. To reset local progress, open Android Settings, find Physics Puzzle under Apps, then choose Storage and clear app data. Device menus vary. Clearing data permanently resets your local progress.

Uninstalling or clearing local app data may not remove a copy held by Android backup. Manage those copies through your device or backup account settings.

Support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply; we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Children’s privacy

The app does not ask players to submit personal information or create accounts. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us through a support message, please contact us so we can review and address it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, website, or our data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be described here and, where required, communicated through an appropriate notice.
